Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956, is the name of a British Canadian actress from Canada. Best known for the character as Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the best supporting actor. The role was reprised in the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Also known for the films Porky's and the Porky's of 1980 as well as her roles on Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin.
